Inner South-East Cricket (ISEC) Junior Club of the Year

The Club is really pleased to announce that we have been award the Inner South-East Cricket (ISEC) Junior Club of the Year, for the second year running. ISEC is the largest junior competition in Melbourne, making this a significant achievement for our Club. Highlights of the 2017-18 season included: - Over 40 players selected in various representative cricket teams and pathways programs
- 10 out of 14 eligible teams playing finals
- 4 teams playing in Grand Finals and 3 Premierships
- 2 Twenty20 competition titles
- 22 individual award winners, including 19 from our boy’s teams and 3 from our girl’s teams – summary of all awards included below
- 7 girls represented ISEC to win the inaugural VMCU U14 Julie Savage Shield
This award is also a reflection of the fantastic work of our Junior Committee as well as the team managers, coaches, parents, supporters and, of course, our junior cricketers – congratulations to all! We continue to want to improve and invest in our programs – but we need helpers and sponsors to continue this work.
